Laura Doorneweerd-Perry (she/her): co-director, teacher and actor at Flock Theatre – and her party trick is that she cannot get nauseous.
When Laura ist not traveling the world, she can be found cycling the Amsterdam canals between her jobs as trainer, performer, entrepreneur and cat mom.
Laura has a background in scripted theatre, dance, business studies, training design, entrepreneurship, directing and writing 25+ plays. In her career, she has been featured at dozens of international festivals and conferences in the arts. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, she also coaches other improv teachers.
She is founder of all-woman action epic The Fericious Founder, co-founder of improv company Flock Theatre (with her improvising husband Gael) and co-founder of Ohana, network for European Improvisers.

Aree Witoelar (he/him): improv teacher, director and performer.
Living half his life in Indonesia and half in Norway, half in science and half in arts, Aree believes improv is the artform to express who you are. He is the founder of Impro Neuf International, Norway’s biggest improv community, and was in 2025 the artistic director of the Oslo Impro Festival.
His improv style has been mentioned as smart, versatile, mischievous and authentic to his cultural roots. He loves both silly and cerebral fun, with influences from Susan Messing, Jay Sukow, Will Hines, Jason Shotts and Andel Sudik.
Aree has taught at Impro Amsterdam, Improfestival Würzburg, Improfestival Karlsruhe, Robin Hood International Improv Festival, Sofia Improv Festival, as well as in Italy, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and many more. Aree is a promoter for diversity and his mission is to make improv a global art form for anyone from any culture.

Sarah McGillion (she/her) is an Irish improvisor and actor who has been performing and teaching improv comedy in Copenhagen since 2016. With a background in theatre from the age of four, she has a flair for characters and storytelling. She performs regularly with her character-driven comedy duo show „If These Walls Could Talk“, the narrative genre team „SuperCut“, and the spontaneous sketch group „That Thing We Do“. Sarah has taught, trained, and performed improv across Europe, North America, Australia, and Africa. From home and abroad, Sarah brings extensive experience from performing, teaching, and coaching countless hours in many different improv styles.

Hanna Haering (she/her): improvisor, trainer, systemic coaching and psychology.
Hanna is the founder of the local ensemble „Franz Fehlt“ and part of „Für Garderobe keine Haftung“, one of the oldest and well-known improv ensembles in the Rhein-Main area.
On stage she has a sharp eye for the absurdity of a moment and an inherited sense for what a scene might need. She convinces with humorous, yet charming characters.
Hannas laughter is contagious and what she enjoys a lot, is laughing at herself.

Thomas Geier: improvisor, actor & trainer.
As a member of the improv ensemble Die Affirmative, Thomas has performed on stages across Europe and is now also touring as solo artist under the name @plalalatypus (Instagram). Whether on the theatre stage, in front of a film camera, or behind a radio microphone – Thomas always delivers a standout performance.
For nearly a decade, he has been known throughout the improv scene for his imaginative characters, inspiring directorial ideas, and his distinctive physical commitment. He is highly regarded not only as a performer but also as a passionate, natural-born trainer. His workshops and courses are defined by experience, clarity and a genuine joy for play.
A particular speciality of Thomas is cinematic storytelling: he is an expert in film genres and knows exactly how to translate them confidently to the improv stage. And if there is ever a question regarding the horror-genre – Thomas is guaranteed to have the answer!
